OpenStreetMap is an open data project. Anyone, and any company, may use OpenStreetMap data as long as they comply with the OpenStreetMap license. However we would appreciate a donation.

Please note that there are additional restrictions when using other services which present OpenStreetMap data. For example, the editing API and the map image tiles from the openstreetmap.org web site have limits on use and bandwidth. For details see the information and further links on the copyright and license page.
