Select the line -> ctrl-c -> select other line -> ctrl-shift-v. For pasting relations plugin utilsplugin2 is necessary.

a) to save answers from IRC b) to make it usable also by other people c) maybe other answer is better than one from IRC d) note that design of this site is a direct copy of Stack Exchange, so unless specified otherwise I assume that rules and etiquette is also the same ( http://blog.stackoverflow.com/2011/07/its-ok-to-ask-and-answer-your-own-questions/ )

With UtilPlugin2 is easier if you can remember Shift+R - "Pasts tags from previous selected objects"

Ctrl+c ctrl+v did not work for me, but I found this: Get the plugin UtilPlugin2 and then you can "copy tags from previous selection"
