Is there a working WinCE navigation software based on OSM data?

Working means "suitable for day-to-day use in a car".

Even commercial software that allows to import OSM would be okay, but of course I prefer OpenSource software.

There seem to be at least two applications, Gosmore and Navit. Also, take a look at this list in the wiki.

There is a newly released solution to use OSM data based on professional routing software that you can download for free and use on Windows and WindowsMobile. It is named mapFactor Navigator Free.

Although it is a Java midlet, have a look at GPSmid. You can run this midlet on many Windows Mobile devices with the help of "phoneME"

Have a look at this topic here or here at JavaME ...
