Hi we would like to use open street map for reverse geo coding purpose. we are ready for donation required. but would like to undestand how can we utilize it in our application. and need to have unrestricted access for particular single application

Popular geocoders for OSM are Nominatim and Photon, among others.

For donations see https://donate.openstreetmap.org/. However donating money to OSM doesn't mean you can use OSM services without any restrictions. You will still have to comply with the usage policy like of the particular service you are accessing, like any other user, too.

If your requirements don't match the service's usage policy then either choose a commercial provider (see Commercial OSM Software and Services and switch2osm.org/providers) or install your own geocoder instance. For the second option take a look at the installation instructions for Nominatim and the installation instructions for Photon.
