How are OpenStreetMap error corrections submitted? I know of several incorrectly named streets in my neighborhood.

There are two main way to get corrections into Openstreetmap

1.) Sign up for Openstreetmap and edit the map data yourself. A beginners' guide is available in many languages and the community is generally friendly towards new mappers and helps with questions and problems.

2.) If you don't want to fix the issues yourself you can open bug reports on OpenStreetBugs. Depending on the number of mappers in the area the bug might be fixed in a couple of minutes or might persist for weeks.
