How to install OSRM.

Hello, this is the first time I do and I really do not know if I have to introduce myself. I am trying to install and configure OSRM for Windows and I can not do it. I've tried everything I found on the internet but I have not got anything positive. Anyone know where I can find a way to install OSRM way that is easy to understand.
