In the US, many park boundaries are defined on a sub-national level, e.g. State Parks, State Forests and State Game Lands in Pennsylvania. These are not leisure=nature___reserves (hunting is allowed nearly everywhere), not leisure=parks (often they just mark where public land is), and they are not boundary=national_parks (they are not managed on a national level). The wiki says "A national park is a relatively large area of land declared by a government to be set aside for human recreation and enjoyment..." so it's not the same definition of a national park within the US, but then the tag has to work for everybody. Use:
