i upload a .gpx track and can't see it on the map. What must i do? Thanks and greetings

Thanks for contributing your track to our DB, so we can use it to improve OSM :)
At your OSM profile page, there is a tab 'GPS traces' (e.g. my one) that lists all submitted tracks. Depending on how you decided to publish the data private/anonymous/... only some are visible and some might be in a anonymous cloud so we don't know that it was you who submitted this track.

If you indeed just wanted to share a GPX on top of OSM with your friends, you might choose a different portal: List of OSM based Services or Track_drawing_websites (of which many allow gpx imports).
