Two points of what? Two coordinates, two node IDs or the "way" or path that connects them?

Path between Two Coordinates.

OK, and you want to obtain the data from somewhere and use it in an application or what? How do you know the two coordinates in the first place? (your response will affect my answer :) Is what you really want to do find a route between two places?

There are web apps available that will do what you want, which you can find in the "Routing/online routers article in the Wiki. Such services are also available on Android - search here or on Google etc. Good luck!
