Get path in Openstreetmap

I want to getpath two point on openstreetmap But, I don`t know how, could someone send me a tutorial link or something like that? Thanks

Two points of what? Two coordinates, two node IDs or the "way" or path that connects them?

OK, and you want to obtain the data from somewhere and use it in an application or what? How do you know the two coordinates in the first place? (your response will affect my answer :) Is what you really want to do find a route between two places?
