How to download seamarks directly in an .osm file from the online web interface ?

Hello,

I have just discovered recently the Open Sea Map Project, after a friend told me about it.

Your project is very ambitious, and certainly will be helpful for a lot of people.

I have a few questions :

today we can download maps resulting from the processing of seamarks integrated in the database, but I have not seen how we could download the raw data of seamarks as an .osm file ? is it possible
the point is that we can download maps but it would be interesting to be able to display associated data to the seamarks, and I have not found them in the available downloads on sourceforge
plus I do not speak very well German ... I may have missed something .

Check out the eXtended API witch allows you to download objects with a certain tag.

Hello,

the extended API is just for openstreetmap, but I (and I guess courdi95 also) would like to export seamarks directly from openSEAmap. I only can find the possibility to download final rendered maps, but not the raw data resp. OSM-files.

Is there no option available?

@kim78: OpenSeaMap uses the OSM database. So you can extract all features of the OpenSeaMap (except any live overlaid data) from the OStreetM database. In the meantime the Overpass API (maybe via Overpass turbo) may be more powerful/simpler to use.
